Chase founded Halfday with over a decade of experience across every tier of the alcohol industry. A founder 3x, his history includes nearly 10 years behind the bar, strategic innovation consulting for publicly traded beverage companies, and scaling two other startups to 15+ states of distribution and over 10,000 retail doors.

Ian brings to Halfday a unique understanding of what it takes to scale. He joined Lagunitas Brewing as an ambassador in 2009, working his way up to become a key sales leader as Director of Concessions & Sponsorships and then as the Head of National Accounts, while supporting the company’s evolution from a 30-person startup to a crown jewel of craft.

Zac was Halfday’s first hire and has a vast experience in both alcohol sales and restaurant operations. Beginning by representing iconic brands like Pabst & Narragansett, he moved on to lead sales for Notch Brewing for over 10 years. Zac is also the proud owner of the best dive in New England: Fortune Bar.
